The Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation in collaboration with Senator Anna Caballero and Supervisor Brian Pacheco, for another day of giving in Cantua Creek.✨ Thank you to Cantua Elementary for opening their doors to host all of the families here today. —- La Fundación Hispana del Área de Fresno en colaboración con la Senadora Anna Caballero y el Supervisor Brian Pacheco, para otro día de apoyo y entrega en Cantua Creek.✨ Gracias a la Escuela Primaria Cantua por abrir sus puertas y recibir a todas las familias aquí presentes hoy.

Today we met with Supervisor Luis Chávez, with Armando Arias, owner of Tacos El Cabezón, and with the directors of the Fresno County Department of Public Health to review options that will benefit all food vendors in our county. Starting early next year, through the Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation’s One Stop Shop project, we will be bringing information, assistance, and resources directly to vendors and small businesses throughout Fresno County. This effort includes working in coordination with cities, their Mayors, and local authorities across the county to help streamline processes, permits, and health compliance. This project will be led by Supervisor Luis Chávez, in collaboration with the Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation and the County, with the goal of supporting, strengthening, and empowering our entrepreneurial community. A partir de principios del próximo año, desde el proyecto One Stop Shop de la Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation, estaremos llevando información, asistencia y recursos directamente a los vendedores y pequeños negocios de toda la comunidad del Condado de Fresno. En representación de la Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation asistimos Dora Westerlund, CEO; Yeri Olivares, COO; y David Preciado, Community Service Manager, y fue también un gusto poder saludar al Congressman Anthony Lee Coelho, cuya trayectoria inspira a seguir abriendo caminos para nuestras comunidades.
