This is not your typical sales role. We want someone who thrives on cold outreach, has a proven ability to close, and wants real ownership in their work. What You’ll Be Doing: - Prospecting and securing new client partnerships - Leading outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold call campaigns - Building long-term relationships with hiring leaders and founders Who We’re Looking For: - You’ve sold high-value services (recruiting or tech industry preferred) - You’re comfortable with cold outreach and self-directed work - You have a track record of hitting or beating goals - You want freedom, flexibility, and high upside Compensation Breakdown: Base Pay: $25/hour (20 hours per week) Commission: 10% of any signed search retainer (e.g. $12,000 = $1,200) 5% of final placement fees (e.g. $35,000 = $1,750–$2,450) 5% residuals on repeat business for 12 months Example Earnings $2,000 flat + 1 new client + 1 placement = $5,000–$6,500/month This is a 1099 contractor role with uncapped earning potential and long-term opportunity to grow with the firm.
