ok this was more chaotic than I anticipated 😭😂 but with the “help” of my kids I did the #USC icebucket challenge — can’t believe this made a comeback — but will always and forever be shouting for more mental health support for kids and families. most of you don’t know that I lost my brother to mental health 💔but that’s a story for another post.
