Glens Falls Hospital is seeking skilled and adaptable Float Pool RNs to support patient care across multiple departments, including: · Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) · Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) · Emergency Department (ED) (based on experience and competency) · ICU (based on experience and competency) This is a dynamic role ideal for nurses who thrive in varied settings and enjoy the challenge of caring for diverse patient populations. You'll be responsible for providing direct patient care based on department-specific standards and floating between units to meet organizational and patient care needs. You will also be involved with managing admission and discharge processes efficiently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
