    SOLE Science™ Snippet: Tiffany Serves Up Luxury That Belongs Tiffany & Co. surprised attendees at the US Open Fan Fest by delivering an experience that felt both elevated and unexpectedly inclusive. Inside what looked like a standard booth, Tiffany created a striking brand space. Walls washed in signature Tiffany blue framed a tennis ball sculpture bursting through the corner, a Meta AI photo station producing personalized postcards, and glittering displays of both diamonds and the tournament's iconic Tiffany-designed trophies. Guests could even sign up for text updates about player schedules—all at no cost. This approach reflects GMR's Experience EQ expression of Access. The brand fostered a sense of Belonging by opening their luxury world to attendees in a surprisingly immersive and attendee-centric way that no one expected. They used access as the pathway to belonging, proving that luxury doesn't have to feel distant. It can feel playful, welcoming, and relevant while still retaining its prestige. The impression left behind? "Tiffany is more fun and accessible than I ever imagined."     SOLE Science™ Snippet: Comfort Meets Curiosity   Last weekend, we collected SOLE Science™ data at Osheaga, a vibrant, trend-setting music and arts festival in Montreal, Canada. At this festival, SiriusXM built a perfect bridge between musical comfort zones and genuine discovery.   Their activation centered around an Airstream trailer positioned perfectly between stages, featuring "car-eoke" (carpool karaoke) experiences where festival-goers could sing along to different SiriusXM stations in a car, record their moment, and walk away with branded swag. But the real magic happened just across the walkway: a smaller stage showcasing emerging artists that most attendees had never heard before.   The brand tactics tapped into the human need state of enrichment, as identified through GMR’s Experience EQ research. SiriusXM didn't just play music—they created pathways for musical exploration. The car-eoke drew people in with familiar fun, but the intimate artist sessions expanded their musical horizons. Brand ambassadors actively encouraged attendees to discover new talent, connecting the playful activation experience to genuine artistic discovery.   The setup worked because it matched how people actually discover music: through a mix of comfort (singing songs you know) and curiosity (hearing artists you don't).
