  • Бар вместо LinkedIn: неожиданный способ найти работу🤭  Сколько часов вы провели в LinkedIn, прокачивая профиль, отправляя резюме и рассылая холодные сообщения? А ведь можно было просто выйти в бар.  История из серии «когда нетворкинг работает лучше, чем любые карьерные стратегии»:  1️⃣Познакомился с человеком за стойкой, перекинулся парой слов.   2️⃣Он внезапно набрал друга, который руководит клиническими исследованиями в Техасе.   3️⃣Протянул трубку: «Вот, пообщайтесь».   4️⃣В итоге — разговор, отправка резюме и понимание, что продажники им тоже нужны.  Вывод: • Иногда полезнее не откликаться на 100 + вакансий, а просто быть в нужное время в нужном месте • Нетворкинг - это не только конференции и профессиональные чаты, но и случайные знакомства • Судьбоносные встречи случаются в самых неожиданных местах (даже в барах, да😁) Делитесь, вы когда-нибудь получали работу или крутые возможности благодаря случайным знакомствам?

  • С пятницей! В декабре-январе наши менти были в ударе и принесли много офферов в копилку.   • Одна ошибка в ответе – и оффер уходит другому кандидату 👋 Привет, на связи Полина – ментор Go Offer.  Сегодня рубрика #starкейсы, где разбираем ответ на еще один из самых популярных вопросов собеседования ⬇️ HR: Why do you want to work for our company? На вопрос рекрутера кандидат ответил так: "I am very interested in the technologies/products you provide. When I was reading the description and posts of your company, they echoed with my heart and mindset. The Project manager’s role seems a great opportunity for me to leverage my experience and implement my passion and commitment." ❌ Что не так с ответом: Ответ звучит красиво, но в нем не хватает конкретики. Фраза "they echoed with my heart and mindset" сильная, но почему именно? Что конкретно откликается?  Как усилить ответ: ➡️ Указать, что именно привлекло: ценности компании, продукт или команда.  ➡️Связать это со своим опытом и мотивацией: показать, как компания и позиция помогут реализовать ваши профессиональные цели.  ➡️Добавить личный факт или историю: это сделает ответ более запоминающимся.  Берите на заметку и прокачивайте свои ответы.
