GTC Machining (formerly Garrity Tool Company, recently acquired by PHX Holdings) is a full service, precision contract machining company that has a total commitment to customer satisfaction. GTC works to achieve this goal by offering strict adherence to all customer requirements, providing zero defects, zero late deliveries and professional service, while maintaining a competitive price. Our focus and commitment is to consistently meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. GTC works to a rigorous Quality Management System to insure that our customers parts are “right” every time. Garrity Tool Company is AS9100-D, ISO9001: 2008, ISO 13485:2003, ISO 14001 Registered, Nuclear Compliant and NADCAP Accredited for Nonconventional Machining. Our company is registered with the State Department and follows all rules and regulations related to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Congratulations to our Makers: Dwight Griggs, Shod Neely, Gladys Mundia, and Montana Rich! Building off of the foundation of the introductory training of Lean Jumpstart, Lean Fundamentals is a second level continuous improvement training. This nomination-based training introduces a small group of makers to a deeper understanding of a process driven way to approach real problems. Following the training, each participant used the tools learned to develop and execute an improvement project with a SMART goal. All of these makers achieved measurable successes through their projects and we are so grateful for the extra time they dedicated in this process.
