Hale International

This week we are running the Hale International Ryder Cup! 🏌♂️⛳ The company has been split into team USA and team Europe and each day are battling it out to win prizes! Each day the top Consultant from each team putt it out to win a range of prizes, then on Thursday evening will we announce who has won the Hale Ryder Cup! The winning team will be taken out for breakfast next week, and the top consultant from each team over the course of the week that didn’t qualify for this month’s Lunch club, will be putting to win a spot on Fridays all-stars Lunch club! So far team USA are in the lead but it’s still all to play for!

So, I'm back from Workday Rising and this one may have topped them all! A ton of takeaways, from AI not just recommending, but acting, to now seeing co-created apps in the Marketplace and industry accelerators like pre-built templates, allowing customers to launch faster and smarter! 🚀 More engagement, better clarity and long-lasting partnerships...oh, and a couple new dog photos for the collection 🐶 Putting aside the daily 20K steps, we're in a better position now than ever before, to help our customers find 𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙 humans to manage their agents and to deploy Workday Consultants who understand AI, Extend and the new landscape. Another successful Workday Rising in the books. It was good to be back in San Fran, and the addition of the pedestrianized zone outside Moscone South/North complete with The Diner, was a really nice touch. A brilliant week connecting with individuals that I’ve known for many years, alongside meeting a number of new connections for the first time. A lot to action in the office this week. Highlights from the week include: ▪️ Huge announcements around Sana and Paradox! ▪️ The buzz around Illuminate Agents and Workday Build. This felt similar to the excitement and intrigue after the announcement of Extend. ▪️ 22,863 steps completed on Wednesday (I know, rookie numbers!) ▪️ Nearly 100 meetings by the Hale team with new and existing contacts! ▪️ An incredible drone show followed by Duran Duran. ▪️ Discovering some of our clients are incredible at karaoke! Looking forward to building upon relationships that were built last week, and I’m excited to further my understanding around Workday Build. #WorkdayRising

Well #WDayRising 2025 certainly didn't disappoint! An incredible week spent meeting with candidates and clients. It was great to share thoughts on so many new topics. As expected, plenty of exciting discussions around AI, with some genuine case studies really coming to life. I'm excited to learn more and see how things materialize in this space over the next 12 months. Thanks to everyone that made it a special experience. What an incredible week at Workday Rising in San Francisco! It was great to meet so many of our customers and candidates, sharing insights and hearing the positivity around the Workday ecosystem. The week was full of collaboration, fresh ideas, and inspiring innovation! As well as the acquisitions of Sana and Paradox, Workday announced new AI agents to reduce repetitive work and surface insights faster, introduced Flex Credits to make AI adoption more accessible, and expanded its ecosystem with improved developer tools, data cloud capabilities, and integrations. The clear message: AI is here not just to automate, but to transform how employees learn, recruit, and collaborate. Looking forward to Vegas next year and how these key highlights progress over the next 12 months!
