HARDI (Heating, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International) is the single voice of wholesale distribution within the HVACR industry. HARDI members market, distribute, and support heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, parts and supplies. HARDI Distributor members serve installation and service/replacement contractors in residential and commercial markets, as well as commercial/industrial and institutional maintenance staffs. HARDI proudly represents more than 475 distributor members representing nearly 4,100 branch locations, and close to 500 suppliers, manufacturer representatives and service vendors.

    It’s been a busy and energizing last quarter of the year, filled with incredible opportunities to connect with HARDI members and HVACR industry leaders across the country. Here are a few personal highlights from the road: NASDAQ Climate Week - Hudson Refrigerant Panel - New York, NY I was part of a well-rounded panel of industry and climate experts discussing the importance and future of refrigerant reclaim hosted by Hudson’s Kate Houghton. Great opportunity to talk about how Distributors have been essential to progress made on mitigating future refrigerant shortages. HARDI Focus Conference – New Orleans, LA I had the privilege of hosting our Annual Contractor Panel with three dynamic contractor owners from the Louisiana and Mississippi markets. It’s always inspiring to hear how contractors of all sizes continue to thrive despite market headwinds. Women in HVACR – Las Vegas, NV Honored to return to the main stage and walk more than 800 suppliers, distributors, and contractors through the numbers shaping our industry, and more importantly, how we can influence our collective future. GE Air & Water Amplify – San Antonio, TX A yearly tradition I’m grateful for: partnering with GE to help educate their Distributor customers on evolving market dynamics. We Mean Business Conference – Charleston, SC An incredible event focused on husband-and-wife contractor businesses. I appreciated the opportunity to share my perspective on the future of the trades and what to expect as we head into 2026. Nu-Calgon Annual Meeting – Nashville, TN A great opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, diving into HARDI’s Voice of the Distributor Study and exploring how suppliers like Nu-Calgon can continue supporting wholesale distributors. We’re excited to announce that Jeff Revlett has joined the team as our new Director of Sales Coaching, where he will lead all HARDI Sales Training Programs and play a key role on our Talent Development team. Jeff brings 34+ years of HVAC industry experience, a passion for continuous learning, and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams. Jeff’s arrival marks an important milestone in HARDI’s long-term strategy to expand our in-house training capabilities — allowing us to offer more flexible, customized, and industry-aligned learning experiences for our members.
