Before joining HatchMed, Meggan helped guide ParityFactory through two acquisitions while supporting consistent double-digit growth year after year. Her love for collaboration, developing talent, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships continues to elevate the way we work. We’re excited to welcome four new sales superstars to the HatchMed team! JJ, Shane, Stephen, and Karen all bring deep sales expertise, strong relationships, and a shared passion for improving patient care. Each of them adds unique experience that will help us scale and support hospitals nationwide: Karen Molberg, Strategic Partner Manager As a Strategic Partner Manager, Karen brings software sales expertise from the manufacturing sector, where she built strong client relationships and solved complex challenges. Known for her curiosity, collaboration, and results-driven mindset, she’s passionate about improving processes and creating impact. Shane Mauinatu, Southwest BDR  Known for building meaningful partnerships, Shane comes to HatchMed with extensive sales experience, most recently in healthcare and DME. Passionate about helping providers improve care and outcomes, he lives in San Diego where he enjoys golf, exploring the city with his wife, and being a proud girl dad to three daughters. JJ Gould, Southeast BDR  JJ joins with four years of orthopedic surgical sales experience and a unique background as a former professional baseball player with the Miami Marlins. He lives in St. Augustine, FL with his wife Jess, baby girl Lainey, and their dog Nova. Stephen Lutter, Northeast BDR   With 15 years of operational and entrepreneurial leadership, Stephen brings experience as a US Army Team Commander, business owner, and territory rep in nurse call and patient monitoring.
