Happy Thanksgiving! This Thanksgiving, we are reflecting on a great year serving our rural Maine communities. We are so thankful for the wonderful staff, community members, and partnerships that make our work possible.

Last week, #HealthReach Practice Managers from Bingham Area Health & Dental Center and Madison Area Health Center were joined by HealthReach Communications Staff at Madison Area Memorial High School's annual Thanksgiving Dinner for Seniors! We had a great time serving food and chatting with some wonderful community members. Special shoutout to the students and staff at Madison Area Memorial High School for hosting and serving a great event!

HealthReach is proud to offer food pantries, support signing up for SNAP and other food benefit programs, and partnerships with many local food support organizations. Access to food means better health outcomes for our patients.
