We’re hitting the road this January to connect with students who are curious about building a career in construction. Career fairs give us the chance to have real conversations about hands-on experience, leadership development, and what long-term growth at Holder can look like. If you’ll be at Georgia Institute of Technology, The Ohio State University, or California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), we’d enjoy the opportunity to meet you and talk about what’s next!

The City of Goodyear Economic Development team was proud to join Stream Data Centers, Holder Construction, and project partners in celebrating the topping out of PHX A7, the next phase of this major data center expansion in our region. This milestone reflects continued momentum in strengthening Goodyear’s role as a strategic hub for hyperscale infrastructure and high-impact investment. Projects like this strengthen the local economy, support workforce opportunities during construction, and reinforce why companies choose Goodyear for long-term growth. We thank all partners involved for their collaboration and look forward to continued progress as the campus moves toward full build-out. This December, our team in Fort Wayne is supporting Boomerang Backpacks, a program that helps ensure nearly 300 food-insecure students have meals not just during the school year, but through winter break as well. We’re proud of our team for stepping up and grateful for the chance to support a program that quietly shows up for kids when it matters most.

Every November, our superintendent team, nearly 200 strong, comes together in Atlanta for two days of connection, learning, and long-standing traditions. The first evening is dedicated to celebrating the work happening across the country through our annual Superintendent Awards. These honors recognize the commitment, leadership, and craftsmanship our teams bring to every project, along with special distinctions like the Safety Performance Award and the Andy Rogero Award, which carries forward the legacy of a superintendent who embodied what it means to lead with integrity and care. We’re incredibly proud of the associates who build on behalf of our clients every day. Their dedication is the reason we continue to grow, to deliver, and to uphold the high standards our company was founded on 65 years ago. To our superintendents, thank you for the work you do and the example you set.

To celebrate this holiday season, our Holder & Aligned Data Centers team in Phoenix recently partnered with United Food Bank. Together, we collected over 1,700lbs of food, which is enough to provide almost 1,500 meals to families in need in our local community. Thank you to both project teams for their contributions in making such a meaningful impact this holiday season!

We’re proud to share some of this year’s incredible achievements that reflect our commitment to health and wellness across the country. In 2025, our teams came together for initiatives that truly make a difference - from 1,040 lives saved through blood donations, to 15 lunch-and-learns focused on practical education, and 36 virtual trainings supporting total wellbeing. We also partnered with organizations to bring meaningful resources directly to our jobsites: skin cancer screenings, therapy dog visits, diabetes-prevention events with produce giveaways, Smoothie King wellness stops, and continued participation in Construction Suicide Prevention Week. We strongly believe that safety and wellness are a shared responsibility and a core part of how we care for our people.
