Atlanta might be our headquarters, but we've been lucky enough to call Charleston a second home for more than two decades now. Our work in Charleston dates back to the early 2000s, but our most recent project on Daniel Island - Nowell Creek Village - has been taking shape, one piece at a time, over the past 5 years. With November coming to a close, we’re especially grateful for the people who keep Holder Properties moving forward. This month brought a full slate of anniversaries, and we’re happy to celebrate each one. Please join us in congratulating Andy Barfield, Garry Miller, Jeremy Smith, Connor Ball, Shelley Buttrey, Darin Martin, Nicole Aylward, Patrick Monteith, and Christina (Rougier) Taylor. And a special nod to Andy and Garry on lucky number 13 - how time flies! There's no bad luck here, just plenty of hard work and impact over the years. That's a wrap in Auburn! We’re proud to share that 320 West Mag, our student housing property in Auburn, Alabama, is officially 100% preleased for the 2026–2027 academic year. This milestone reflects an exceptional leasing season, including the highest renewal rate in the property’s history and being fully pre-leased just two weeks after opening applications to the public. Congratulations to the entire 320 West Mag team - Kimberly Andrews, Michael Bentley, Julia Steffen, Stephanie Harris, Christina (Rougier) Taylor, Riley Jones, and our fantastic crew of community ambassadors - for their hard work, energy, and commitment to creating a community that students are excited to call home. And thank you to our returning and future residents, we look forward to welcoming you next fall.

Our Atlanta team recently spent the day at camp, Camp Twin Lakes, that is! We were privileged to volunteer alongside their incredible staff as they prepared for the annual Spin for Kids event. From assembling race packets, gift bags, and signage to clearing leaves, our team was proud to lend a hand in support of this amazing organization, which provides life-changing camp experiences for children with serious illnesses, disabilities, and other life challenges. We’re grateful for opportunities like this to give back in our community together and make a small difference in a big mission. It's time to put the renderings away and explore Gateway 737, home to 940 students from the University of South Carolina. We're proud to share these images and how they showcase the final project. Take a look at a day in the life at Gateway 737 - waking up to Knowledge Perk coffee in the lobby, and getting in a workout or spending time by the pool. Hang out with roommates in your spacious unit or enjoy the comfort and privacy of your bedroom and bathroom. Grab a bite at Chick-fil-A or pick up any necessities from Roxanne's Market before heading to a study space for quiet focus, or find the perfect space to collaborate with classmates. Finally, take a break from the books and head up to the game room with friends or to the rooftop lounge and terrace for views of the Columbia skyline.
