Progress continues on the Technology and Health Building at Mt. San Antonio College, the largest instructional building on any college campus in the state. Once complete, this building will provide students with hands-on learning spaces across health, technology, and science programs, all in one centralized location. In collaboration with Mt. San Antonio College and HPI Architecture, we’re helping build a space that supports education, innovation, and community impact. #shapingfutures #progress #construction #tildencoil #mtsac #technology #health #education

We’re excited to share an inside look at the ongoing progress of the Compton College Student Housing Project. A groundbreaking effort and the first fully volumetric modular student housing development under DSA jurisdiction. This project represents a major leap forward in delivering high-quality, rapidly deployable, student-focused housing solutions for California’s community colleges. Our continued momentum wouldn’t be possible without the exceptional collaboration of our project partners: 🔹 HPI Architecture - Architect 🔹 Gafcon PM-CM LLC – Construction Management 🔹 GUERDON, LLC – Modular Manufacturer 🔹 The Anaheim Group – DSA Inspectors 🔹 Compton College – Our visionary client and partner Each milestone from manufacturing to transportation to set operations is a testament to the teamwork, coordination, and disciplined execution moving this project forward. Bernards is proud to play a role in shaping the next generation of student housing; efficient, innovative, and built with purpose.

Exciting progress at the Compton College Student Housing construction site! HPI Architecture joined the Gafcon PM-CM LLC/Volz Company team and Bernards for a site tour today to observe the placement of some of the final modular units. Building B and Building A1 were fully completed last week, and today Bernards placed 13 additional modules as Building A2 moves toward completion later this week. The progress is visible, the momentum is real, and this student housing community is well on its way to welcoming students in Fall 2027. Grateful to support Compton College in bringing this transformational housing to life.
