The FCC has extended the effective date of its TCPA "global revocation" rule to January 31, 2027, giving more time for callers to comply with new requirements for honoring opt-outs to robocalls and texts. The FCC is seeking feedback on how the rule affects consumers and businesses, especially healthcare and financial institutions.
