We’re excited to launch a new monthly series celebrating the incredible people who make Boundless what it is. Each month, we’ll spotlight one of our staff members, share their story, and highlight the passion they bring to our mission of building a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people. This month, we’re proud to feature Julie Herbst, a Behavioral Health Clinician Trainee at our West Carrollton location. Julie has been part of Boundless since early 2025, and one of her favorite parts of the job is the supportive team she works with every day. What motivates her most? “The journey of working with clients.” Outside of work, Julie loves writing, drawing, listening to audiobooks, and playing games. A fun fact you might not know — she loves to sing! And when reflecting on Boundless values, Julie resonates most with Empowerment: “I think it is vital that we help people to understand the power that they have in the world around them.” Help us celebrate Julie and stay tuned as we continue introducing more members of the Boundless team each month. 💛 Interested in joining the Boundless team? Throwback to earlier this year, when Boundless launched our #BoundlesslyBeautiful campaign to celebrate inclusivity and challenge traditional beauty standards. At the Aveda Institute in Columbus, six incredible women served by Boundless, including Jen, who proudly debuted her new pixie cut 💇♀️. She enjoyed a full makeover day filled with laughter, self-expression, and joy. For Jen, it was red lipstick in honor of Valentine’s Day. For another, it was living out her dream of professional modeling. For all, it was a reminder that beauty has no limits: it’s about confidence, voice, and being celebrated just as you are. We’re so proud of the women who participated, the Aveda students who learned from them, and the community that continues to lift up voices of all abilities. Together, we’re showing the world what it means to be boundlessly beautiful. 📸: ColumbusDispatch #BoundlesslyBeautiful #IAmBoundless #BoundlessCommunity #InclusionMatters
