Leadership is not defined by titles alone, it is built through moments of courage, persistence and purpose. Lori Herndon, retired CEO of AtlantiCare, shared her personal journey from nurse to executive leader during our 2025 Healthcare Education Summit in Philadelphia, hosted in partnership with ChristianaCare. #DeclarationOfTransformation #HealthcareIT #HealthcareLeadership

We are so proud of our Hire Purpose Foundation and the team members across the country who made our annual turkey drive so special this year! We were fortunate enough to work alongside three incredible organizations in our biggest turkey drive to date. We donated 100 turkeys across three cities (Jacksonville, Denver and Kansas City) thanks to the support of our community. What an amazing way to start this season of giving by supporting City Rescue Mission, Parker Task Force for Human Services and The Salvation Army of Kansas City!

Our Community: It's not just a sign on the wall, it's sewn into the fabric of our organization and our employees. We're so happy to shine a light on our Account Executive and VP of Programs with DFWHIMSS, Melissa Evans, MBA, CPHIMS, for her dedication alongside other chapter members at the Give Back Social at TK’s Comedy Club last week. They partnered with Network of Community Ministries based in Richardson, TX for a Give Back campaign and were able to help raise more than $600 providing 1800 meals. They also collected 87 pounds of food and 100 bath towels for the seniors.

In healthcare, so much revolves around what’s “normal.” Standards, averages and processes keep the system moving, but they don’t always see the individual standing right in front of them. That was the central message of Kade Haviland's presentation at our 2025 Healthcare Education Summit in Philadelphia. Every person has the power and responsibility to influence their own care by embracing their individuality, advocating for themselves and seeking knowledge.

Today is National Philanthropy Day and we're so excited to shine a light on the incredible work of our Hire Purpose Foundation! We've had the opportunity to work with so many organizations in our hometown of Jacksonville, and across the country, sharing our mission of helping the underserved—especially those facing illness, injury, or unexpected hardship.
