Meet Geoffrey Schwarz, one of the driving forces behind our National Accounts Sales team at IBX. Geoff’s role is more than securing new business in our national segment. He tells the IBX story — showing clients that while we’re deeply rooted in Philadelphia, we proudly serve customers in all 50 states. One in three Americans carries a Blue card, and IBX members leverage that national provider network. Geoff helps employers understand the full scope of what IBX can deliver well beyond Southeastern PA. According to Geoff, what sets IBX apart from other insurers, including our national competitors, is the strength of the teams outside of the Sales organization and their commitment to our members — whether it’s our clinical teams, underwriting, marketing, operations, and more. That spirit of collaboration ensures that we can deliver the best for our clients. Geoff is passionate about helping large employers create healthier, more productive workplaces – whatever that looks like for them. He sees behavioral health as a game-changer for benefits strategies in 2026. Through our Connect to Care network, we've expanded access to providers both in-person and through sophisticated telebehavioral health services, we’re making it easier than ever for employees to get the support they need fast. Geoff lives in Montgomery County with his wife and two adult children, and outside of work; he enjoys cooking for his family on his Blackstone grill and cheering on the Philly sports teams.
