Meet Jim McManmon an IBX Account Manager, who partners closely with large private organizations and universities to help them navigate their benefits. For nearly 30 years with our organization, Jim has built a career defined by growth, resilience, and the kind of long-term relationships that only come from decades of showing up for clients with consistency and heart. For Jim, successful business outcomes start with relationships. He takes pride in partnerships that span years, supporting clients through market shifts, cost pressures, and competitive bidding cycles. Even as financial headwinds reshape the industry, Jim believes our core principles remain unchanged: partnership, consistency, and shared accountability. “Headwinds come and go, and they always come around again,” he says. “But we face them together with our clients. We’ve worked through these cycles before, and we’ll work through them again.” What keeps Jim passionate after 30 years is the people he works with, including his colleagues and the clients he serves. Recently, he attended a dinner where every person at the table had been with IBX for 20 years. That kind of tenure is rare, and to Jim, it says everything about what IBX stands for. He feels deeply connected to colleagues who share a commitment to helping clients succeed, and he’s built the same trust externally, where personal connection still matters.
