Inframark’s Learning & Development team recently completed a dynamic two-day Leadership Foundations session at our Oklahoma City project. The program focused on strengthening core leadership values, enhancing communication, and equipping participants with strategies to support organizational success. In addition to the training, team members had the opportunity to connect outside the classroom with an evening of dinner and bowling—underscoring the importance of relationship-building as part of leadership development. Congratulations to the City of Mountain House, California, for winning the American Public Works Association’s 2025 Project of the Year! The City won the award in the APWA’s Environment Category, Population Under 75,000, $50 to $100 Million Construction Value for the Phase 3 Mountain House Water Reclamation Facility Expansion. Our O&M team in Fall River, Massachusetts, has been having some fun in the sun while celebrating our one-year anniversary with the City! 🌞 To mark Inframark’s first year serving Fall River, the team hosted a plant tour for our regional vice presidents and a pig roast BBQ lunch for our regional and onsite employees, and client representatives. Our team also recently worked hard serving up scoops of ice cream🍦for the children of the Boys & Girls Club of Fall River! #Collaborating with our people, clients and communities are a top priority at Inframark, and our Fall River team is a shining example of this! "We're excited to be celebrating our first year in Fall River,” says Project Manager Jon Mongie. “It's hard to believe it's been a year, but time flies when you are having fun.
