This week, the IntePros Leadership team met in Plymouth Meeting, PA for our annual Leadership Kickoff meeting, where we spent the day workshopping, sharing insights, and setting our goals for 2026. We wrapped up a productive day with a fun pasta-making class (and a little karaoke) at Really Cooking with Robin.

IntePros is excited to announce that Amy C. has joined our organization as Vice President of People. Amy brings nearly 30 years of staffing industry experience, with deep expertise in learning and development, recruitment strategy, and people operations. In this role, she will lead a unified strategy across Learning & Development, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Culture. We're excited to leverage her strengths in communication, collaboration, innovation, and mentorship to drive impact across the organization. For the past seven months, Amy has partnered with IntePros in a consulting capacity, helping shape our training programs and supporting leadership. Now, as a full-time member of our team, she will expand that work company-wide. We’re thrilled to welcome Amy back to IntePros and look forward to the impact of her leadership.
