Help us congratulate Heidi Hoffer on celebrating a major milestone, 10 incredible years at Interra! Over the past decade, Heidi has progressed through several roles, starting as a Member Advisor and advancing to Senior Member Advisor positions in both Bremen and Middlebury. From there, she transitioned into a Learning and Performance Consultant I role and now serves as a valued Business Development Officer. When asked what she loves most about working at Interra, Heidi shared that it’s the friendships built along the way that stand out the most. “Working with people who care about you, and your family makes going to work fun,” they said, a sentiment that truly speaks to the heart of our culture. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, being outdoors, staying on top of fashion trends, shopping, and attending racing events.

Last week, our team had a wonderful time in Shipshewana celebrating the businesses and members that make this community so special! On Thursday, CEO Amy Sink and others kicked off the day at Ben’s Pretzels, stopped by MW Repair, and wrapped up with an exciting visit to Front Line Drone Service – where we got to see firsthand how drones are being used to support agriculture with crop dusting. Friday was all about our members! Shipshewana Branch Manager Nicole Collier and her team hosted a fun Member Appreciation Day, taking extra time to connect, share, and say thank you.
