This week was a powerful reminder of what partnership and community look like in action. The New Terminal One at JFK was honored to join forces with Vanderlande, our baggage handling system provider, and community-focused partners Cauley Coach, Global25, and The Showing Hearts Foundation to deliver home furnishings to families in Far Rockaway and Southeast Queens in need this holiday season. We were delighted to meet a wonderful family in Far Rockaway and provide everything they needed to transform their home, with items including a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, a bed with bedding, a chest of drawers, and essential kitchen items. Seeing the joy on their faces reinforced exactly why this work matters. This is more than furniture; it’s the feeling of home, belonging, and possibility. Our deep gratitude to every partner, including The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and FlatRate Moving, who helped make it all possible. Together, we are building more than a New JFK; we are building a community. Happy Thanksgiving! (Photos by Andres Otero)

Here’s to the next chapter and to building even better experiences for travelers around the world. We would also like to extend our gratitude to our sponsors - Adyen, Tata Consultancy Services, GLOBAL LOUNGE NETWORK, Booking.com and Allianz Partners - for making this event possible. To support federal government employees at JFK Airport affected by the government shutdown, The New Terminal One at JFK recently sponsored free meals distributed by World Central Kitchen to Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers based at JFK. Founded by Chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen is a US-based nonprofit that mobilizes quickly to provide fresh and nourishing meals to people who need them the most. Over several days, the New Terminal One helped provide more than 3,000 meals to TSA employees based at the five JFK Airport terminals as well as TSA's headquarters. Our many thanks to TSA's leadership and World Central Kitchen for partnering with us in this effort to support our federal government workers. Thank you José Andrés, Samantha Elfmont and Melissa Gluck for working with our team to make this possible.
