Joule - An Inspectify Company

Over the past 8 months, we have been heads down working to build upon the foundational appraisal technology that Aloft started a few years ago, Appraisify Toolkit. Our goal was simple, design appraisal software to achieve what we have done with Inspectify; a inspection platform that removes subjectively from the process and creates more consistent and objective outputs. Over the past few weeks, we have done our first handful of appraisals solely using Toolkit and and the results are beyond impressive. Not only are our reports far more defensible with data, but we are now the only platform (to my knowledge) that provides values based upon both the comparable sales and cost approach, guaranteed. We expect we will have income based included by end of year ensuring that all proven methods are provided with every report. We are still early innings in what we can do with the technology, but in the coming months we will be rolling out modules to solve some of the more complex and frankly ignored applications for appraisals along with integrating our proprietary AI layer, Voxier, across the workflow to automate more of the process and further minimize subjectivity. I'm ecstatic to announce publicly something we have been working so hard on over the past five months. Since our acquisition of Aloft earlier this year, we have been grinding away diligently to integrate the teams, the workflows and the technology platforms. We’ve had the opportunity to partner with Heeral and her team for over three years and I'm thrilled to bring the technology in house. Together, we've built a unique offering that aligns perfectly with our mission to create the "API for the Home."
