This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate support to attorneys and contributes to process improvements across the department. Primary Duties: -Supervise and assign paralegal workloads -Review and coordinate preparation of legal documents -Train staff in research tools and legal procedures -Maintain a small caseload to stay current on litigation practices Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience, or -Associate’s degree + 3 years experience, or -High school diploma + 5 years experience in a legal setting. 🗂️ Paralegal Location: 414 East 12th Street Starting Salary: $24.77/hourly Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The Paralegal will support City Attorneys in tort and employment litigation matters.
