About the Role The Lab Associate under Laboratory operations will support a variety of activities including Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (FISH) assays and cell culture maintenance operations. This position will require flexibility and willingness to fill in at multiple stages of our pipeline. Responsibilities will always include completion of project work for clients. The Laboratory associate I-II should be comfortable with use of a LIM system and compliance with GLP activities. Requirements: B.S in cell/molecular biology or closely related field At least 2 years of experience with fluorescent assays At least 2 years of experience with hands-on Cell Culture Demonstrated ability to work independently while achieving results in a timely manner Proficient in aseptic technique Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines Be willing to learn new techniques Works effectively with cross functional teams to complete projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with fluorescent microscopy Experience with reviewing/revising SOPs and working through a root cause analysis Experience working in a regulated industry Experience with FISH assays Proficient in PCR Culture experience with T cells, iPSC, CD34+ cell types Benefits: Health Insurance 401(k) matching Dental Vision 11 paid holidays Salary 70-80k PTO
