It's 'Make a Difference' Friday! 🥳 Read about Patrick's story below. "Shout out to Kwik Trip and their incredibly helpful employee, Patrick! On my way to La Crosse for a doctor’s appointment, my car warning system told me my rear tire needed air. I watched as it dropped quickly in PSI, so I pulled over. I called my mom for a ride, then USAA roadside assistance. Mom and I got the car jacked up, but no luck getting the flat tire off. Roadside said 75 to 105 minutes until assistance arrived. Patrick noticed us when traveling westbound, went to the next exit, turned around and came back to help! He changed the flat for the spare and gave us waters to go for the road! A pleasant customer service interaction is SO rare these days. A kind stranger helping without asking for anything in return is even rarer. Thankful for this stranger today!" -Melissa D.

After 12 weeks of being a Retail Management Intern at Kwik Trip, Inc. I am excited that I have gotten the opportunity to continue my journey at Kwik Trip as a Guest Service Leader. This internship has tested my leadership and guest service skills as well as given me the opportunity to meet and work with an incredibly passionate, humble, and supportive group of people. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Richard Bower and Marty for having faith in me and giving me the chance to prove my leadership and make a difference in Marty’s store. Between attending district and leadership meetings, improving my professionalism with book work, and learning how to enhance guest retention rates by working behind the counter, I knew I had more to give and learn with this company. I am beyond excited to continue my growth with Kwik Trip and see where this position takes me through college and beyond!
