Are you an arts and/or cultural organization qualified to provide support and services for high school students? If YES, join the list! We just released a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to create a Prequalified List of community-based arts and cultural organizations capable of providing support and services for rising public high school seniors participating in an eight (8)-week paid summer internship program. Stop by the @lacountyarts Arts and Culture table to learn about our work using GIS to support LA County’s rapid response and measuring the impact of January’s wildfires. Also check out an interactive map of civic art at LA County libraries @lacountylibrary, and add arts and culture happenings in your community through our Arts and Culture Near You public dashboard. GIS Day at Public Works is a FREE event where you can learn more about how County government @countyofla and others use GIS to improve public services.
