𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: 𝗔 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 At Lakeside Foods, we believe careers should grow alongside the company—and Greg Severson’s journey proves it. Starting as a seasonal worker in 1982, Greg rose through the ranks to become General Manager of our New Richmond, WI plant. For over four decades, he led with humility, grit, and a maker’s spirit (his maple syrup won-out in our recent taste challenge). His story is a testament to what’s possible when talent is nurtured from within. Now, as Greg steps into retirement, we welcome Brian Atchison into the General Manager role. Brian brings deep experience in dairy and manufacturing, a strong foundation in leadership, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and SQF. He’s already making an impact—driving operational excellence while inspiring strong teams. Together, Greg and Brian exemplify the past and future of Lakeside Foods: grounded in trust, driven by a growth mindset, and powered by people.
