Last week, I rebuilt the LevelUp website — not to “explain us better,” but to turn it into a demand gen asset. LevelUp has always been straightforward: We build automated financial & ARR reporting environments that CFOs can trust. The value prop wasn’t unclear. It just wasn’t being distributed outside our PE and Finance Leader referral network — which has always been strong on its own. So I ran a focused one-week sprint to shift the site from: ❌ Website → informational to ✅ Website → a real demand gen surface A few things changed quickly: -redesigned the homepage for how CFOs actually evaluate vendors -added a clear, lower-friction CTA -launched an interactive ARR Audit instead of a generic “contact us” form -created a smoother path from curiosity → conversation -tightened the Data-First Finance narrative across pages The fun part? It started working almost immediately. We’re already seeing triple-digit increases in qualified traffic, time on page, and click-through to next steps — and the team is energized watching inbound finally wake up as a channel alongside our core referral engine. This whole effort is an extension of the “building in public” mindset I’ve followed for a while — now applied here at LevelUp, where every improvement compounds across clients, prospects, and the brand. Over the next few posts, I’ll break down the specific levers that moved the most, what we learned from CFO & Finance Leader behavior, and how we’re shaping LevelUp’s first scalable inbound motion. If you check out the new page, I’d love any feedback — what resonates, what doesn’t, what you’d refine. Link in comments below. And if you want to dig into how we automate financial & ARR reporting, always happy to connect!
