Honored to collaborate with Dr. med. Mahmoud Farzat, F.E.B.U., a leader in urologic surgery. Thank you for hosting our team and demonstrating how thoughtful surgical technique, paired with advanced stapling technology, can improve efficiency, reduce complications, and support better patient outcomes. We look forward to continuing this important work together. #SurgicalInnovation #Urology #MedicalTechnology #PatientCare #Collaboration #FutureOfSurgery #MinimallyInvasive
Last week was an incredible opportunity to host Leon Amariglio ~ Founder and CEO at Lexington Medical and his colleagues from Boston. We had a productive session demonstrating live surgical procedures, including a radical cystectomy with urinary diversion (Ileal conduit) and a radical prostatectomy. A key focus was on leveraging innovative technology to enhance patient outcomes. Through a series of semi-live videos, we demonstrated how the efficient use of surgical staplers can significantly increase efficacy, reduce both blood loss and operation time and minimize complications. I am truly inspired to deepen our collaboration with such pioneers. By working together, we can push the boundaries of innovation, improving care for both patients and providers, and paving the way for future generations of surgeons. They’re pushing the boundaries of surgery! But it doesn’t happen overnight and certainly not alone. Over the weekend we saw the amalgamation of what it means to be a surgeon committed to learning and innovating the surgical health care space. A huge credit to the committee for bringing together a strong program of speakers and discussions at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons meeting in Canberra, Australia. Lexington Medical proudly supports their drive for education and shared knowledge, especially as it features one of our key passions: pancreatic surgery.
