Salesforce's approach with Marketing Cloud Next is one I’m a big fan of: keep the stability of Marketing Cloud Engagement for daily use while giving customers the opportunity to explore and adopt new features in Marketing Cloud on Core (Aka Marketing Cloud Growth and Advanced). Here are the top things I see as opportunities for those looking into MC Next: ✅ Form Management ✅ Multi-Journey Orchestration ✅ Data Cloud & Agentforce ✅ Organic Migration One of the most requested features from Engagement customers has been Form Management. Marketing Cloud Next delivers here, providing a more seamless and modern way to capture data. The upcoming Multi-Journey Orchestration capabilities in MC Next will unlock the ability to move individuals from one journey to another, triggered by Flows, AI, or signals from Data Cloud. This is a game-changer for next level Journey Management. I also see MC Next as a gateway to Data Cloud. Many Engagement customers are sitting on massive datasets without yet leveraging a proper data management tool. Exposure through Next will highlight its value in managing scale, unification and preparing for the future. When paired with Agentforce, this creates a powerful agentic layer to automate and personalize customer engagement across the entire customer lifecycle. Lastly, the organic migration path matters; customers who’ve invested a decade in Engagement can’t flip a switch overnight. Marketing Cloud Next allows gradual adoption, making the transition realistic and sustainable.
