  • 🛠️ 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗: 🔩 𝘔𝘈𝘒𝘌 𝘈 𝘋𝘐𝘍𝘍𝘌𝘙𝘌𝘕𝘊𝘌 At Live Oak, our 22 Fundamentals describe how we work and what we stand for.  𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘋𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 is about the impact our work has on people—across our teams, in public spaces, and in the communities we work in every day. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗼 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘁𝗼, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻:  “𝘖𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘐 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘴 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘶𝘱. • Underground work isn’t hard because it’s physical. It’s hard because everything depends on decisions made before anyone sees a problem. By the time an issue shows up in the trench, it’s already late. The real work happens earlier. In walk-throughs. In questions asked twice. In slowing things down when the pressure says speed up. Foremen and supers carry more than production. They carry uncertainty. Unknown utilities. Incomplete records. Soil that doesn’t match the report. Equipment that’s wearing faster than planned. Schedules that don’t flex just because the ground doesn’t cooperate. And still, the expectations don’t change. Crews need clarity. Jobs need momentum. People need to go home safe. That balance is the job. Not pushing through at all costs. Not stopping every time something shifts. But knowing when the smartest move is to pause, adjust, and protect the people doing the work. That judgment doesn’t come from a plan set. It comes from experience. #FieldFirst #Undergrounding #ConstructionLeadership #LiveOakPower

  • 🛠️ 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗: 🔩 𝘔𝘈𝘒𝘌 𝘘𝘜𝘈𝘓𝘐𝘛𝘠 𝘗𝘌𝘙𝘚𝘖𝘕𝘈𝘓 Our 22 Fundamentals reflect what we expect from ourselves — and what our customers can count on. Through this series, we’re spotlighting the field crews who bring them to life, one decision at a time. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗮𝗵 𝗗𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻:  “𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘯𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺’𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘐𝘧 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨’𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘧, 𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵. 𝘐 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵. That’s what personal quality looks like on a Live Oak crew. #LiveOakPower #FieldFirst #CompanyFundamentals #MakeQualityPersonal #TrafficControl #CrewSpotlight

  • Reflections on growth, partnership, and what’s ahead at Live Oak Power — shared by our Program Director, Carmen Polan. Proud of the work behind us and excited to carry this momentum forward with our team and communities. #LiveOakPower #Infrastructure #NewYear2026

As 2026 begins, so do the many adventures at Live Oak Power. Our growth in 2025 was quite the ride, and now we look forward to so many more new beginnings. Whether it is new members added to our team, great new clients, new cities, new partnerships, or perfecting all we have already in our hands, it is all exciting. All businesses gain new badges with all the adventures of past and 2026 will be no exception. I greatly look forward to enjoying our goals with the rest of my team. Cheers to the future for all of us and to the journey we’ll have building the infrastructure.

  • 🛠️ 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗: 🔩 𝘒𝘌𝘌𝘗 𝘛𝘏𝘐𝘕𝘎𝘚 𝘍𝘜𝘕 At Live Oak Power, our 22 Fundamentals shape how we lead, work, and show up for each other. “Keep Things Fun” is about building trust through connection — and finding moments of levity that lift the whole team. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘃𝗼 𝗥𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗼, 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻: “We’re out here 60 hours a week. So we get close, like a second family. I like when we sit down at lunch, joke around, talk about life. When the crew gets along, the work goes smoother. That’s what makes it fun.” Gustavo shows how a good laugh — and a strong bond — can make the hard days lighter and the good ones even better. #LiveOakPower #FieldFirst #CompanyFundamentals #KeepThingsFun #CrewSpotlight #Undergrounding

  • This year’s Holiday Party brought the full Live Oak family together — field teams, support staff, spouses, and partners. In our line of work, long days, early mornings, and tough conditions are part of the job. None of what we accomplish happens alone. The strength behind our crews — at home and on the job — is a huge part of who we are. We closed the night by raising funds for Hard Hat Courage, an organization doing meaningful work for construction workers and their families. Thank you to everyone who makes this work — and this community — what it is. #LiveOakPower #ConstructionLife #TeamCulture

One of our 22 Fundamentals, 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦, 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, is about doing the kind of work that stands on its own — work you’d sign your name to.
