  • Supporting Rowan Digital Infrastructure, a hyperscale data center developer backed by Quinbrook, in the development of Bauxite III – a 164MW data center campus in Maryland. Acting as Joint Lead Arranger, this financing builds on our support of the previous Bauxite II transaction and marks our fourth data center deal, reinforcing our commitment to the growing North American Digital Infrastructure market. Bauxite III is the third financing of the 640MW Bauxite Campus, which is fully leased to one of the largest US technology companies under a long-term triple net lease structure, ensuring strong operating cash flow certainty and long-term value creation. This transaction also builds on our longstanding UK relationship with Quinbrook, where we’ve supported the financing of Cleve Hill – the UK’s largest co-located Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. As we continue to expand our Digital Infrastructure, Infrastructure & Project Finance and North American franchises, this deal reflects our ability to continue to support key sponsor relationships in both Europe and North America. To find out how we can support your infrastructure ambitions, reach out to: Tony Hable, Alex Barrack, Joe Valvona, Anya Surkis and Emma Viggars.

  • Jenny Pickett on The Progress Report Podcast. Our Head of Sustainability in North America featured on Kyndryl’s Progress Report podcast, recorded during Climate Week NYC. • Acting as Coordinated Lead Arranger, we committed $147m as part of an $834m financing package for Project Chalk Bluff, a 450MW greenfield solar development in Arkansas. This marks our first U.S. solar underwrite and is a key milestone in our growing relationship with Invenergy – one of the world's largest privately held developers, owners, and operators of renewable energy solutions. The Chalk Bluff financing, underpinned by long-term Power Purchase agreements with investment-grade offtakers, reflects Invenergy’s capability in deploying utility-scale renewable energy projects under fully bankable structures. Chalk Bluff marks our third transaction with Invenergy in the last nine months as they scale their impact across the U.S. energy landscape. We’re proud to work alongside Invenergy as we expand our U.S. Infrastructure & Project Finance franchise. For more information, reach out to Tony Hable, James McCue, Anya Surkis, Emma Viggars and Brandon Rai.
