Lockton Re is excited to announce that Matthew Silley, who joined in 2023, has been appointed as Cyber Practice Lead – International. Matthew has 15 years of experience working in analytics and cyber across different areas of focus, having previously held roles such as Cyber Portfolio Management Lead at Axis Capital and key roles at CyberCube and PwC UK. He is known for his contributions as an author and a subject matter expert and is an engaged member of the wider cyber industry. Commenting on the announcement Tom Meyer, Head of Specialty, said ‘since joining, Matt has been instrumental in the growth and development of our Cyber Practice. In this new role Matt will build on momentum and collaborate with the global Lockton Re cyber team to deliver exceptional service to clients and markets.'

Last week members of Lockton Re’s #NextGen spent the day volunteering at the Spitalfields City Farm.   The day consisted of helping with tasks such as cleaning the farm and helping with maintenance, and feeding the animals.   It was a great experience which gave the team a deeper appreciation for the work that goes into running the farm and supporting the local community. #EmpoweredPeople

Recently, Lockton Re colleagues in Minneapolis participated in another volunteering opportunity with Blessings in a Backpack. They packed 1500 bags for VEAP, which runs one of Minnesota's largest food pantries to help build a stronger community.
