Winter travel looks different for everyone.... and that’s exactly the point. Some travelers chase snow-covered slopes and cozy mountain towns. Others seek sunshine, ocean air, or a quiet reset surrounded by nature. Today’s guests aren’t choosing seasons: they’re choosing how they want to feel. Across our portfolio, winter means options: 🎿 Alpine adventure in Hotel Thaynes, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel 🌴 Island escape at Courtyard North Shore Oahu 🏔️ Mountain calm at Homestead Midway Utah 🏖️ Coastal warmth at AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Beach Different destinations. One common thread: experiences that align with why guests travel, whether that’s adventure, restoration, connection, or escape. That’s the power of a diversified portfolio built for modern travel motivations.

  • The open road is calling... and travelers are answering. 🚗 According to Hilton’s 2026 Trends Report, nearly 71% of Americans plan to drive on their next vacation, signaling a strong return to regional travel, flexibility, and drive-to destinations. For hotel operators, this shift reinforces the importance of reliable, comfortable stays in key markets. Places that serve as true basecamps along the journey. When road trips are the “why,” consistency, accessibility, and service matter more than ever. At Lodging Dynamics, our portfolio is well positioned to meet this demand, supporting travelers who value ease, familiarity, and experiences that start the moment they arrive. • We’re proud to see The Wilde Resort & Spa (@thewilderesortsedona) featured in Sedona Monthly’s January and February issue. The coverage highlights an insightful interview with Spa Director Monique Trujillo, who shares her personal journey along with thoughtful guidance on how travelers can truly unwind. Paired with beautiful imagery of The Wilde Haven Spa, the feature captures the heart of the resort’s wellness experience and its commitment to meaningful relaxation.

  • A new year doesn’t require a full reset overnight. Research shows that sustainable wellness is built through realistic goals, self-compassion, and small, consistent habits, not pressure-driven resolutions. At Lodging Dynamics, we encourage a supportive approach to well-being that prioritizes balance, flexibility, and long-term health for our teams. Wellness isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what lasts. #WellnessWednesday #HoteliersAtHeart #LodgingDynamics

  • Hospitality doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when teams are supported, trained, and empowered to deliver their best, every single day. From on-property teams to corporate leadership, our people are the driving force behind the guest experiences and owner results we’re proud to deliver. When teams are aligned, trusted, and invested in, performance follows. At Lodging Dynamics, investing in people isn’t just part of our culture: it’s core to our strategy. #LodgingDynamics #HoteliersAtHeart #HospitalityManagement

  • Travel motivations are evolving. Hilton's 2026 Trends Report highlights a shift toward purpose-driven travel. Where guests choose stays based on how they want to feel, not just where they’re going. Across our portfolio, we focus on delivering experiences aligned with those motivations: wellness, comfort, connection, familiarity, and ease. When hotels understand why guests travel, they’re better positioned to deliver stays that resonate... and last. 📍 The Wilde Resort & Spa 📍 Homestead Midway Utah 📍 Residence Inn by Marriott at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center 📍Courtyard by Marriott Oahu North Shore 📍Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Moab Source: Hilton 2026 Trends Report

  • As we look back on 2025, we’re grateful for the moments that shaped us. The wins worth celebrating, the lessons that made us better, and the people who showed up every day with heart. Our team, our culture, and our commitment to hospitality are what move us forward. As we step into 2026, our focus remains the same: take care of our people, serve our owners with excellence, and continue raising the standard for what hospitality can be. Here’s to building on what we’ve learned and making 2026 even better. Always Hoteliers at Heart.™

  • According to the U.S. Travel Association’s latest forecast, inbound international travel is expected to resume growth in 2026 after a modest dip in 2025, and total travel volume is projected to continue rising as the industry builds on its recovery and major events such as the FIFA World Cup will dominate itineraries. At Lodging Dynamics, this reinforces our focus on: ❖ Disciplined operations ❖ Thoughtful leadership ❖ Hospitality strategies built for long-term value, not short-term wins.

My family spent Christmas in Park City and stayed at the newly rebranded Hotel Thaynes, which officially opened on December 12, 2025, following a $21M renovation as a Tribute Portfolio hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really stood out were the thoughtful, unexpected touches. The team surprised my daughter with a birthday card and treat, and it meant more than they probably realized. None of that happens by accident. Tom Underwood and Sean Rayner have built something special at Hotel Thaynes, and it shows in the way the team takes care of their guests. One of the best parts for me was being only half an hour from Gina Cortez. We work states apart, but through Lodging Dynamics have become… shall I say, friends! So getting to spend Christmas Eve together felt magical ✨.
