Ray’s primary focus is system installation in the East Region of the USA: Project Planning and Coordination. His responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables needed for the project. Once project scope and deliverables are defined, Ray develops project plans, including timelines and key milestones. Communication is key with project management, so Ray facilitates internal communication across teams while focusing on collaboration with the the customer. He prioritizes maintaining thorough documentation and reporting to guarantee clear communication between departments and customers. Through careful planning, clear communication, and documentation, Ray is able to ensure key milestones are achieved for each project.
