🎅✨ A Special Day at the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club – Bronx Clubhouse ✨🎄 This week, the Bronx Clubhouse was filled with smiles, laughter, and holiday spirit as we welcomed a very special guest — Santa Claus himself. Santa spent time reading ’Twas the Night Before Christmas, singing holiday songs with the kids (who enthusiastically sang along), and making sure every child felt included in the celebration. From the youngest members to the teenagers, each child received an individual gift, making the day truly memorable for everyone. The fun didn’t stop there — the clubhouse was buzzing with holiday activities, popcorn, hot chocolate, and plenty of moments that reminded us what this season is really about: community, joy, and showing up for our kids. Huge thanks to everyone who helped make this event possible and to the staff at the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club who continue to create a safe, supportive, and joyful environment for our youth every single day. Moments like these matter. 🎁❤️ Philip Maltaghati Michael Maltaghati Anthony DeLorenzo United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc. ✨ Thank you to everyone who made Madison’s 59th Christmas Tree Ball an unforgettable celebration! Our youth and alumni lit up the night with their talent, passion, and powerful stories of perseverance. Thanks to your generosity, we raised over $1 million to support Madison’s mission. These essential funds are already at work—providing kids and teens across NYC with safe spaces, caring mentors, and opportunities to thrive. A heartfelt thank you to our event sponsors, event co-chairs, and the entire Madison community for making the evening shine. Maurice first came to Madison’s Pinkerton Clubhouse looking for a place where he could focus, learn, and be himself. What he found was a community — caring staff who encouraged his curiosity, mentors who nurtured his interests, and programs that helped him envision his future. Today, he’s proudly working toward his dream of becoming an engineer. This #GivingTuesday, you can help Madison reach every child who needs us. Giving Back This Thanksgiving — A Tradition That Truly Matters This week, our team at United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc. together with the Bronx Advisory Board of the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club continued a tradition that means so much to all of us — donating and distributing Thanksgiving turkeys to families at the Bronx Clubhouse. As a member of the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club Foundation Board, it’s an honor to be part of a community that shows up year after year to support the families who rely on these clubhouses. The smiles, the gratitude, the conversations — they leave a lasting impact on everyone involved. There’s no better feeling than giving back, and no greater reminder of the difference we can make when we show up with purpose. Grateful for our volunteers, the Bronx Advisory Board, and the families who welcomed us. Grateful for the opportunity to keep this tradition alive. Grateful for a community that continues to inspire. Wishing everyone a warm and happy Thanksgiving. 🧡 Philip Maltaghati Michael Maltaghati Anthony DeLorenzo T. Kenneth Farrell, CPWA® Elaine Rocha Rozario Sylvain Joseph Maltaghati And many more.
