His vision has always been clear: to make infrastructure more efficient, safer, pleasing to the eye, and a better asset for our communities.   Under his leadership, our engineering division has quadrupled in size, fueled by both strategic acquisitions and organic growth in our three key markets: New England, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
