As a Project Management Intern, Daniel has gained hands-on experience in every phase of a project, from scheduling and pursuits to project closeout and turnover. But what stands out most to him about his McGough internship are the people, memories, and lessons learned along the way. Daniel shares that McGough has motivated him to be authentic and value both himself and the team he works with. “Going forward, I'm just going to be authentic, be myself, and I'm going to take that on the field wherever I go." We’re proud of the impact Daniel has made this summer and can’t wait to see where his journey takes him! 👏

Alexa’s experience as a VDC/QC intern has been anything but typical. She’s traveled to multiple project sites, stepped outside her comfort zone, and discovered new career paths she didn’t know were possible. Along the way, she’s gained confidence, built new skills, and shown she’s ready to jump in wherever she’s needed—all while having a great time. Way to go, Alexa!

For Rudy, working in Quality isn’t just about checking boxes, it’s about supporting people and protecting the integrity of every project. On the fast-paced jobsite of a hyperscale data center, she brings a calm, analytical eye to make sure the work not only gets done but gets done right. What she loves most? Stepping back, ensuring her team feels supported, and showing up for others every single day.
