Seagis at Port 95 continues to advance through early milestones as the team brings this future industrial facility to life in Dania Beach, FL. Current Highlights: ✅ Project started 11/17/2025; Substantial completion targeted end of Q2 ✅ Wall Panels currently in production and on schedule to be stood in late January 2026 ✅ Structural steel shop drawings completed and released for fabrication ✅ Mobilization complete; FPL temporary power set and site established ✅ Permit coordination underway for warehouse & drainage improvements ✅ Procurement/Submittals progressing to support upcoming sitework and utilities The project remains on schedule as civil and utility activities begin and the team transitions toward building shell and enclosure phases! The Lithia Doral Subaru project continues to advance through major structural phases as the team brings this next‑generation facility to life, supporting the growing needs of the Doral market. Current Highlights: ✅ Second‑floor deck poured ✅ Service Garage & Service Drive roof erection completed ✅ Showroom high‑roof steel erection in progress With these accomplishments, the project remains firmly on schedule as the team prepares to transition into enclosure and next‑phase work. Big shout out to D&D Welding & Fabrication, LLC for crushing the structural steel erection as well as Cami-Axle Construction, Corp. for the concrete shell work, and American Engineering for the installation of the site utilities.

Progress is full steam ahead at PORT 32 Marinas in Palm Beach Gardens! Miller Construction is driving an $80M redevelopment that’s transforming this 50-year-old marina into a world-class boating destination. Current highlights: ✅ Replacement of 600 ft. seawall and 1,000 ft. floating docks ✅ Two new pre-engineered metal buildings underway ✅ State-of-the-art ship store and upgraded fuel systems in progress ✅ Expanded capacity for boats up to 60 ft., engineered for Category 5 hurricane winds This milestone project will deliver 471 slips, premium retail space, and enhanced access, setting a new standard for marina excellence. Progress is taking shape at Lehrman Community Day School! Our team is advancing on the $28M, three-story, 29,000-sf addition that will transform the campus. Current highlights: ✅ Structural work underway for the cafetorium and stage ✅ Library and specialty classroom spaces framed ✅ Gymnasium level and mezzanine preparation in progress This milestone project is moving forward on schedule, bringing Lehrman closer to a modern, inspiring learning environment for generations to come.

Miller Construction is proud to lead the transformation of Miami Central Commons Phase 2. Formerly part of the historic Miami Free Zone, this phase includes the demolition of two existing buildings and site leveling to prepare for future development. We celebrated an exciting day in Miramar with client Sunbeam/WSVN! Miller Construction Company lifted the first tilt-up wall for the future HQ for FOX 7 and ABC 18 stations. This facility is of the highest tech and engineered to keep South Florida informed, even through the toughest hurricanes. We are grateful to the Ansin Family for bringing our stellar team on board to work with them the last 3 years to bring this beautiful broadcast studio to life.
