As Thanksgiving rolls in, we want to take a moment to appreciate the people who keep this industry moving. Our crews. Our subs. Our customers. Our vendors. The folks spending this week at home, and the ones spending it on the road, finishing work that still needs to get done before winter tightens up. Utility work isn’t easy. HDD isn’t easy. But the grit and consistency we see from our teams every day is something we’re genuinely thankful for. One of our teams beginning to prep for the last shot of a 9-mile fiber build in Richfield, Ohio. This shot may have been the most complex in the whole project. The shot was weaving around multiple existing utility mains and constant adjustments in the field while crossing under a busy intersection. The team handled each conflict with patience and precision and kept the job moving. Big respect for crews who can stay focused through the final stretch of a long project.
