Matt is a strategic engineering leader with over 15 years of success delivering scalable SaaS platforms and growing high performance teams. Matt has worked in a variety of roles building scalable systems, leading engineering teams, and contributing to product design across multiple industries. Sarah has worked in a variety of roles, including ad sales, media planner, and account manager, where she was honored for her teamwork and collaboration. Under the agreement, MS2 will deploy its enterprise-grade TDMS platform to enhance MnDOT’s ability to collect, process, display, and analyze traffic data from across Minnesota’s extensive highway network. The system will reduce reliance on manual operations and deliver powerful self-service tools for both internal teams and external stakeholders. It will also serve as MnDOT’s official system for processing AADT and other HPMS datasets, and will be the primary public-facing tool for users to find this data. Hosted securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS), MS2’s TDMS aligns with Minnesota’s vision for modernizing its transportation systems through scalable, secure, and data-driven technology. The solution supports improved planning, operations, and maintenance across all regions of the state. MS2 is excited to welcome two new team members to our Software Engineering Team! Will Fortin joined MS2 as a Software Engineer on Wednesday, April 23rd. Will brings over 8 years of experience in software development across a variety of industries, including automotive, mining, finance, and manufacturing. He has hands-on expertise with C#, SQL, and a wide range of tools that align closely with our tech stack. Will holds a Bachelor’s in Science, in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University, and has a strong foundation in both software development and systems integration. Nick Martin joined MS2 as a Software Engineer on Wednesday, April 30th. Nick has a robust background in full-stack development, system architecture, and cloud-based applications. He spent nearly a decade at Quicken Loans and most recently worked at Continuity Programs, leading projects in .NET MVC, SQL Server, AWS, Kubernetes, and more. Nick holds a Master’s in Information Systems from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University.
