Today was a historic day for modular housing in Colorado. Governor Jared Polis joined us at West Holden Place, our new modular multifamily community in Denver’s Sun Valley neighborhood, to conclude Colorado’s legislative session and sign SB25-002 into law. The bill streamlines oversight for factory-built structures, helping reduce costs and speed up delivery for modular and prefabricated developments across the state. We’re honored to have hosted today’s event and proud to be part of the solution. West Holden Place is now leasing and includes 77 attainable units for households earning 80 to 120 percent AMI. The project’s modular delivery reduced costs by up to 25 percent and shortened the build timeline by an estimated 40 percent.
