We’re proud to share that Nautilus Solar has secured $275 million in long-term debt financing to support the development of 25+ community solar projects across five states, including New York, Maryland, and Illinois. This marks the largest single debt raise in our history, and with new lending partners MUFG, SMBC Group, and Apterra Infrastructure Capital, we’re accelerating our mission to expand access to #cleanenergy nationwide. As our CFO Camelia Miu put it: “Most importantly, this capital accelerates our ability to deliver more community solar projects that expand access to the benefits of clean energy.” We’re building more than solar farms—we’re building #energy equity, climate resilience, and a brighter future for thousands of households.

America’s #energy demand is surging—fueled by AI, aging infrastructure, and rising electricity prices. At Nautilus Solar, we believe #communitysolar is part of the solution. While data centers strain the grid and utilities pass costs to consumers, community solar offers a faster, more affordable path to #cleanenergy. No rooftop panels required. Just shared access, local impact, and real savings. Let’s build a future where energy is equitable, resilient, and sustainable—for everyone. At Nautilus Solar, we’re redefining what #cleanenergy can do—not just for the planet, but for the people who steward its land. Our #communitysolar projects are more than environmental initiatives; they’re economic lifelines for American #farmers facing increasing financial pressure. By leasing portions of farmland for solar installations, we help farmers diversify their income without disrupting agricultural operations. These partnerships preserve open space, support local economies, and provide affordable renewable energy to nearby communities. It’s a model rooted in collaboration: farmers gain stability, residents gain access to clean power, and we all move closer to a #sustainable future. This is how energy transitions should look—grounded in equity, resilience, and shared benefit. We’re proud to be part of a movement that empowers rural America while accelerating the shift to renewables. 🌾

Recently, a couple of Nautilus employees got a chance to see our #agrivoltaics sheep and lambs hard at work at our solar farm in Platteville, #Colorado. Sheep manage vegetation under and around #solar panels, preventing it from blocking the panels and reducing the need for mechanical mowing. This also benefits the sheep, providing them with shade, shelter, and nutritious grazing. 🐏
