NEXDINE Hospitality is proud to recognize the efforts of volunteers who supported NEXDINE's Helping Hands Committee by assembling 75 bagged lunches for Father Bill’s & MainSpring in Brockton, Massachusetts. This initiative reflects NEXDINE’s continued commitment to serving our communities and supporting those in need. Father Bill’s & MainSpring is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Southern Massachusetts. Through emergency shelters, supportive housing, and workforce development programs, Father Bill’s helps individuals and families achieve stability and self-sufficiency. Their mission—to help people move from homelessness to housing, one person at a time — continues to inspire compassion and action across the region. A special thank you to our colleagues at UMass Medical Center for their homemade cookies and house made chips! We are grateful to everyone who contributed their time, energy, and care to make a difference. Together, we continue to support our colleagues and communities with one meal, one helping hand, and one smile at a time.

Colleague Spotlight: Junior (Almir) Braz Meet Junior, XENDELLA’s Environmental Services Manager who supports our Westborough and Weymouth campuses! In just over a year, Junior has made a lasting impact through his leadership, positivity, and genuine passion for people. Originally from Medellín, Colombia, he began his career at 18 with a Swiss-based multinational company, quickly advancing to support operations across Latin America. After moving to the U.S. in 2022, Junior balanced full-time studies with roles in environmental services and construction management before finding his home at NEXDINE Hospitality /XENDELLA. He thrives on human connection, leading teams that create clean, safe, and welcoming environments every day. Outside of work, Junior loves to travel, explore new cultures, ride horses, and spend time with family and friends. He’s fluent in three languages, passionate about volunteering, and dreams of visiting Australia someday. And when it comes to comfort food, nothing beats Dobradinha, a traditional Brazilian-Portuguese dish that reminds him of home. 🇧🇷 👏 Congratulations, Junior, on this well-deserved recognition!
