Each June, Nexon hosts employee training designed to strengthen our relationships by deepening our understanding of one another by enhancing our ability to work across differences. What began as annual Juneteenth focused training has evolved into a broader commitment to build connection, awareness, and inclusion within our teams.    As part of our ongoing commitment, we welcomed CJ Gross back to lead this year’s session on Inclusive Teamwork. The training focused on applying inclusive behaviors to real-world team dynamics and offered practical strategies to enhance communication, reinforce shared values, and strengthen collaboration.   Later in June, Nexon came together again for a game-themed happy hour. We partied the afternoon away with nostalgic gamer activities such as board games, tabletop roleplaying sessions, miniature figuring painting, and more! Nexies enjoyed pizza and drinks, while taking part in friendly competition. We ended the night with a spirited raffle of gaming prizes.   We’re proud to come together to deepen our commitment to an inclusive workplace while continuing to build our skills. To celebrate the MapleStory 20th anniversary, we held a festive happy hour with tasty treats and activities.   Nexies enjoyed a special MapleStory themed menu from Okamoto Kitchen, a towering MapleStory cake, character cupcakes, and delicious drinks.   Nexies also joined in on special activities like Maple Soccer (foosball tournament), MapleStory Doodle School, karaoke, and more.   We are happy to celebrate this special anniversary with all our Nexies.
