We’re honored to receive a $10,000 grant from the Arizona Community Foundation in support of our Treatment Link program! Treatment Link plays a vital role in ensuring that women diagnosed with breast cancer through the Well Woman HealthCheck Program — who fall under 250% of the federal poverty level and are ineligible for other safety net programs — can access the care they need. Thanks to this generous support, we can continue helping women across northern Arizona receive life-saving treatment. This year, the Arizona Community Foundation awarded over $1.7 million in grant funds, supporting impactful nonprofits across Arizona like North Country.
