At Odyssey, though we may be a virtual company but we believe in the power of meeting face-to-face. In-person connections strengthen trust, spark meaningful collaboration, and build lasting relationships between our talent and team. 🤝 This month, our Director of Talent, Kimberly Smith, connected with foodie talents Kolby and Dabrionne in LA and Canadian talent Cass Olive and Lauren Holden met up at the Prime Day event in Calgary. We also had two team members meet up with on roster talent with Talent Manager Laura Kenat connecting over dinner with comedian Sully, and in Denver, Junior Talent Manager Kenya McNealy connecting with Blair Horton (aka Holistic Rendezvous).   We love seeing our creators and team members support each other in real life 🎉 These moments remind us that while our work may happen online, our relationships are truly strengthened IRL!

Big things are happening at Odyssey! Congratulating Kenya McNealy, Lexie Ramos, Abby Coleman, and Gracie Hall on their well-deserved promotions this week! Each of these women brings creativity, leadership, and heart to our team and we couldn’t be more proud to see them grow into these new roles!
