**ACTIVATED** Off-Grid Solar + Battery Storage = Clean Power Anywhere Two of our ONYX R5 mobile battery units were plug-and-play connected to six off-grid solar agrivoltaic arrays at Spadra Farms. This is a part of a research project by Cal Poly Pomona to understand the interaction of photovoltaic array shading with agriculture. Adding ONYX R5 units provided onsite, quiet, zero-emissions 120VAC and 240VAC power access to field staff - generated from 100% solar. Bonus: the R5 units can be easily disconnected and transported anywhere power is needed, then reconnected for recharging.
